The Microhumus team is made up of associate researchers, partner consultants, apprentices, recent graduates, and experienced professionals. Since its creation, Microhumus has trained many young engineers and PhDs in its specialized fields.
- Our company consists of a team of 20 people, most of whom are engineers or hold doctoral degrees in science, applying their expertise to serve our clients.
- Our operations are organized under the supervision of a CEO, a production director, an administrative and export director, and an R&D director.
- To support our clients, our employees and consultants are based at our headquarters in the Nancy region, as well as in Nantes, Marseille, and Beirut.

Specialized in soil engineering and phytomanagement of contaminated sites and soils, particularly in industrial, mining, and urban environments. My expertise also includes organic matter and plant engineering, whether for grasslands or forests, as well as sharing this knowledge through educational training focused on soil-related topics. Pragmatic and organized, I support projects with a comprehensive and hands-on approach, at the intersection of science, technology, and fieldwork.
Anaëlle Prieur
Project Engineer
Specializing in soil science and the management of contaminated sites and soils, with a focus on phytomanagement, my expertise lies in the creation of fertile technosols in urban environments: an innovative approach to ecologically restore degraded soils while incorporating circular economy principles, particularly the reuse of excavated soil. Empathetic and detail-oriented, I mainly operate in urban and industrial contexts, where I develop sustainable solutions tailored to the challenges of pollution remediation, urban resilience, and the redevelopment of neglected spaces.

Specialized in soil science and plant analysis, I work to improve the interactions between soil, plants, and microorganisms to sustainably restore degraded environments. My expertise covers soil remediation and restoration, metal analysis, as well as soil microbiological and plant physiological analyses. With a strong strategic mindset and proven leadership, I lead innovative projects on an international scale, combining scientific rigor with a broad vision.
Aurore Jacquot
Project Engineer
Specialized in soils and phytomanagement, with expertise focused on the creation of fertile technosols in urban environments and the ecological restoration of soils, I am committed to a circular economy approach. I also support producers of recycled topsoil within the SubsTer® network. My work takes place in urban and industrial settings, where I design and implement sustainable solutions for living, functional soils. Empathetic and thorough, I strive to combine technical innovation with a strong connection to on-the-ground realities in every project.

Specialized in the study of wind erosion and dust emissions, I am also developing technical skills in soil remediation and agronomy. My passion for dune and fluvial sedimentology allows me to approach environmental issues from an innovative and precise perspective. Dynamic and creative, I am committed to contributing increasingly effective and sustainable solutions within our international team.
