The Microhumus team is made up of associate researchers, partner consultants, apprentices, recent graduates, and experienced professionals. Since its creation, Microhumus has trained many young engineers and PhDs in its specialized fields.

  • Our company consists of a team of 20 people, most of whom are engineers or hold doctoral degrees in science, applying their expertise to serve our clients.
  • Our operations are organized under the supervision of a CEO, a production director, an administrative and export director, and an R&D director.
  • To support our clients, our employees and consultants are based at our headquarters in the Nancy region, as well as in Nantes, Marseille, and Beirut.

Pragmatic and organized, I support projects with a comprehensive and hands-on approach, at the intersection of science, technology, and fieldwork.

Specializing in soil science and the management of contaminated sites and soils, with a focus on phytomanagement, my expertise lies in the creation of fertile technosols in urban environments: an innovative approach to ecologically restore degraded soils while incorporating circular economy principles, particularly the reuse of excavated soil. Empathetic and detail-oriented, I mainly operate in urban and industrial contexts, where I develop sustainable solutions tailored to the challenges of pollution remediation, urban resilience, and the redevelopment of neglected spaces.

With a strong strategic mindset and proven leadership, I lead innovative projects on an international scale, combining scientific rigor with a broad vision.

I also support producers of recycled topsoil within the SubsTer® network. My work takes place in urban and industrial settings, where I design and implement sustainable solutions for living, functional soils. Empathetic and thorough, I strive to combine technical innovation with a strong connection to on-the-ground realities in every project.
